Passing the courses:

  • All online courses are delivered in the English language. Some subtitles are available in other languages, (if specified on the course page) but the questions are only available in English. If you are unsure of your language competency level, we recommend that you do a trial of the first module before you commence the course.
  • We will provide every assistance to help you pass the course and to explain the video content further if you need assistance, however we cannot provide you with the answers. Ultimately it is up to you to pass the course by completing the tests and a practical if needed.
  • You can play the video content as often as you like on each module to help you understand the content. Once you start submitting the answers, you have up to three attempts to do the answers before you will be locked on that module. We can reset you if you do get locked, but only up to a maximum of three times across all the modules on each course. Therefore we recommend you proceed slowly and take your time until you are confident you can pass the module. If you are locked, please wait to be reset before proceeding to the next module.
  • For Manual Handling Certification, you must complete a practical exam before you can be certified. The cost of this practical, which is assessed by a QQI Registered Instructor is included in your initial payment.

Payments and Refunds:

  • You also have the option of doing a trial of the first module before you commit to purchasing a course.
  • You can pay for the course via PayPal or with a Credit Card or Debit Card. If you wish to pay with a Credit Card or Debit Card please select the 'Checkout as Guest' option in the shopping cart.
  • We are compliant with the Sale of Goods and Purchase of Services Act 1980
  • If you have purchased a course, but not yet started, a refund may be possible. Please contact us directly for details.
  • Once you have commenced the course, there are no refunds.
  • If you have been locked three times and failed the course, we cannot issue a refund. 

Data Protection:

  • We will collect the following data from you: First Name, Surname, Contact Phone Number and Email Address. These details are needed to provide you with an email link to the course and to issue your certificate. As the certificates are valid for three years, we keep them, your test results and the contact details on file for that period.
